Nu Meals

Meal plans save time, money, reduce food waste, and encourage healthier eating habits.


Menu plans are customized for 5 or 7-days, include recipes and a grocery list. View via a web-based app OR pdf.

Nu Groups

Offered several times per year, group programs include a mix of in person or video conference sessions plus online modules and private group chat interaction. Run 7-14 days.

What to Expect

While some basic nutrition single-meeting services are offered, my recommended approach for most individuals is the Comprehensive Package plus additional follow-up sessions as needed. 

Pre-Initial Session

Complete intake forms - personal information, medical history, dietary & lifestyle habits.

Initial Session

Zoom/In person 75-minute comprehensive evaluation session, goal setting, and discussion of next steps.

Follow-Up Session

Zoom/In person 20 to 30-minute session to review action plan and address any questions/concerns. 

Implement Plan

Start recommended dietary and lifestyle adjustments, complete lab testing, and receive extra support as needed in client portal.

Additional Follow-Up Sessions

Zoom/In person 30- or 60-minute sessions to discuss wins/setbacks, review labs, and make adjustments to action plan. Continued support as needed in the client portal.

Payment Policy and Insurance:

  • At this time I do not accept insurance, however, I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement cannot be guaranteed as it depends upon each individual insurer.

  • Payment in full is expected at the end of each session (for packages, payment in full is due after first session).

  • Payment forms accepted: cash, check, Venmo, credit card (via the secure online client portal using Square).

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

I prepare for each session ahead of time reviewing your file and appreciate ample notice for rescheduling. However, I do understand that life happens.

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

  • Cancellation (without rescheduling) less than 24 hours prior to session - charged 50% of session.

  • Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to session - $45 fee.

  • No Shows will be charged in full (except in cases of extenuating circumstances).

  • Some exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Protecting Medical Information:

I abide by all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines and use a HIPAA approved electronic health record in my practice.
